Last nite local (soon to be national) favorites Gringo Star opened for The Slip. Since my birthday is December 31st I was stoked that The Slip opened with "Children Of December" and played a long set way into the late hours.

WOW...u have quite a knack for shooting in dark clubs...very clear, well composed, interesting shots...no flash, right? thx for letting us live vicariously,

of course no flash ;), also the canon 50mm 1.4 lens helps me a lot as far as dark clubs are concerned.
I will take all the credit for the well composed interesting shots though.
